About

Born in 1992 in Thun, Switzerland, he began his career as a freelance journalist and photographer for local newspapers and television. He went on to study filmmaking at the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), with a focus on crafting fantastic worlds and frequently collaborating in co-direction and co-writing roles.

He graduated his Bachelor in 2019 showcasing three different shorts (Cru, Tote Tiere - Dead Animals, HR of Ugago) at over 50 international festivals, winning multiple awards, culminating in the prestigious Student Visionary Award at the 2020 Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

2024 he completed his ZHdK-Master’s Degree in directing a sci-fi pilot and is producing his debut feature “LIAR!” with Hugofilm —a horror-comedy about a journalist haunted by her own stories.
